PawHealth Dental Cleaning Powder

Looks good, no offensive smell and highly palatable. My dogs don’t even look twice when it’s on their food. Their coats are gorgeous, their poops are solid.

Great for sensitive stomachs, as mentioned in the title.I have eight cats of varying life stages--one senior, four 1yr old kittens, and a few in the middle. The oldest cat and two of my four youngest have fairly sensitive GI and often get diarrhea or upset tum. This has completely solved the issue within the first three doses, and even stopped the (absolutely noxious) gassy one from tooting and having a bubbly gut!None of my cats seem to mind the addition of this on top of their morning wet food, so I believe most other cats and dogs wouldn't notice it either. I personally don't give them a full dose because they all swap bowls and I don't want to give one constipation from taking too much, but it seems to have worked out just the same, and continues to do so a few weeks later.Could not reccomend enough for anyone with a sensitive GI furbaby.

I’m a massiveeeeee fan of PawHealth's supplement. I typically buy it at a local store but they don’t carry it anymore so I ordered off here and can leave an actual review. I've Fed PawHealth Since 2023. When I tell you it transformed my dog’s coat from normal appearance to literal glow, I mean it! I was referenced this product when I had a GSD with horrid skin and coat issues due to bad allergies. We paired it with CytoPoint injections and eventually his coat came back tenfold. So, I began feeding it to my next dog - pictured here. I got her as a 1YO and her coat was normal I’d say and maybe a bit dull. A change in food (I feed Open Farm and also swear by them!) as well a adding Sea Meal was huge game changer. Everyone thinks my dog is raw fed. When I took on my second foster (the floppy ear Dobie) she could practically walk through a room and you could watch the dander and hair fly. Her coat quality was horrid. This stuff REVIVED her skin and coat. I will never not feed this to any dog or cat I have, and I constantly tell my clients to give it a shot!Don’t skip on this stuff! I feed it to my British Shorthairs as well and their coat quality is insane. Dense, soft, and no excess shedding or oil. I love this stuff!

I've got two dogs in different stages of life. (4yr pit and 8yr pit mix, both male) My older dog would be picky and wouldn't eat very much or at feeding times. Now he's eating every meal as soon as it's put down. My 4yr old would eat like normal, however, now he whines at me at least a good hour before feeding time. EVERY. FREAKIN. MEAL. EVERY. FREAKIN. DAY!!! It's definitely doggy Crack!!! 😂 The smell, well it smells just like fish food. What can you expect from seaweed though, right? I purchased this initially for my older dog who was having skin issues. We are 3 weeks in to feeding this twice a day to both dogs. Well I don't notice much change in their coat I can see a positive change in my older dog's skin. They are also pooping quite regularly now. I will definitely be buying more and recommend this for all dogs!!! I'd say this is a good value for your money especially if you only have one dog.Don't say I didn't warn you about the whining beforehand!! 😂

Let me start off by saying, I have 2 of the most picky cats on earth. They are 4 years old ( 5yrs next month), & finding a supplement these "Sister cats"- will willingly take is always a task, I do not look forward to, as their "furless human mommy". They are very smart, extremely nosey (always watching your every move, especially when it comes to their food). I tried sprinkling this stuff over their dry food. They wasn't having it! Barely touched their food entire day. One cat looked at me like, "I saw you put something in my food". No lie, the cat meowed, I looked at her, & she cut her eyes at me." Knowing I did something to their dry food, because it wasn't the same. So, I began trying to figure out how, I'm going to outsmart these sisters, and get them to eat this stuff until I can see results, that the supplement is working?🤔 They've been on a "dry food" (only) diet for the past year. And I did notice the powder didn't adhere/stick to the dry food at all, still my cats wouldn't touch the dry food, no matter how hungry they were. They nibbled around it! But they clearly did not eat their dry food, as usual. Adding water was definitely NOT an option for me. The sisters NEVER liked their dry food moistened with water (at all). They like dry food dry, & wet food by itself. I spoiled them at one point in time (for a while) with both wet & dry food diet (not one or the other). So I decided to re-introduce "wet food" into their diet again, knowing cats love variety when it comes to food, I knew the sisters would welcome "wet food" back with open arms (I raised them from kittens, switching between dry and wet food often.) But not just any wet food. I introduced their FAVORITE wet food back into their diet. & that's the way I got them to start taking this supplement! I add a little to their wet food, mix it around and serve them the food. They lack their bowls clean! Every time. As they get use to the taste, I will concentrate on actual measurements of the supplement, but for now- I add a little per serving (I fill the little scoop it comes with, a little under half full & add to small can of wet cat food & split it between the girls. So sometimes, We as Cat Owners have to outsmart our cats, because they are like children (while many dogs will eat just about anything you give to it), cats will look at the food/smell it, look at YOU, roll their eyes, & WILL walk away from the food all together, until it's back to the way they like it (no supplement)! & If you take too long, to fix it back,, they will go on a food strike,, until it's fixed (no supplement. Plain dry food.) The sisters hate taking medicine and vitamins. Even if it's good for their health. Cats are built differently than dogs (I've owned both in my 45 years on earth). Dogs are very smart too,, but cats are real intelligent! Very smart! Tricky trying to outsmart a wise cats! Especially SPOILED house cats like my 2 fur babies. I will update this review in about a month, with new photos etc. On this product!

Update: Amazing results for malnourished cats and kittens and for older dogs with dry skin and age-related ailments.All of the cats we have rescued off our street have come with malnutrition, some at starvation levels, and some near death with viral infections needing isolation from others. As soon as they were stable I would begin adding small amounts of PawHealth to their food. I like the meal form because it is easy to adjust the amounts needed. I have added the photos of four cats; two of the black cats (on the cat tree), one a tiny kitten, were quite literally close to death when we rescued them last Summer. Even our Vet wasn't expecting miracles. We brought them home to die in our arms or survive with the love we administered with their meds. But they lived and thrived, and as soon as the kitten was weaned (we had a pet baby bottle for her) and the larger boy was recovering, we slowly introduced PawHealth to their food.The other pic of the cat facing the door, shows the phenomenal gloss and coat health produced with Sea Meal. She has tons of energy now and the three black cats play until they suddenly stop for a nap.Additionally, we rescued a cat last Fall that tested positive for FIV. He was in terrible condition, but I immediately had him neutered to prevent mating with my one intact kitten. Most of his hair was missing. All of it from his tail. He has scars all over his head, neck and shoulders, he was bleeding with every bowel movement, and though he has all his teeth, every one of them is broken. After two days of hissing and growling at me, but also two square meales a day, he suddenly decided he loved me and he let me trim his nails. Again, my Vet was a big help. But it was trial and error finding foods that did not irritate his intestinal track. Six months later and 95% of bis hair has grown back and we have two months blood-free. I was finally able to add small amounts of PawHealth to his food. The Chronic dandruff in his coat has disappeared, he is calmer and a real love bug. He has always gotten along well with the feral cats and lives with them.Also, a starving family of pink Ginger kittens and Mom received this effective suppliment (the runt of the litter pictured in the box) and all grew into beautiful, soft and Healthy cats, two of which are in an adoption program. There have been no problems with diarrhea This seems to be working on all the pets including one old Laborador X, but except for an elderly German Shepherd with, we think, liver enzyme issues. However, without it I think the Shepherd might try to eat the legs of the table and bits of rug. (Update: she eventually died of bladder cancer, but was otherwise healthy. We think the PawHealth really helped her nutrition absorption and with the more balanced divestion she began to calm down. She was never in pain but the tumors were interfering with elimination and we lost her just two weeks ago. All the cats adored our beautiful Belle, and the black cats really miss her.I have recommended this product to the adopting humans of our rescues. Once a pet is healthy enough, Solid Gold gives a vibrant shine and good health to these poor lost and abandoned dogs and cats, making them beautiful and adoptable.

Easy to administer an tiny amount and mix into wet food. Both cat and dog are under 13lbs & eat it just fine. No yucky smell either. The spoon is hard to get back into package.

Solid choice from a good brand. Used as maintenance for sensitive stomach. It’s nice to have one that works for cats and dogs as many don’t and I have both. Great for upkeep or after an illness or antibiotic!

I got this because my senior cat started getting flaky skin above his tail. He turned his nose up to salmon oil so I crossed my fingers with this.I started him on a low dose (because he’s picky) but still in just 2 weeks he no longer has flakes, he’s not shedding nearly as much, and his coat feels softer and looks shinier!Jury is still out, but I think it’s also helping his chronic feline acne (and no, we don’t use plastic bowls, etc!)

The texture allowed it to be blended well into food. My dogs seemed to enjoy the taste. Helped decrease irritation to my dog’s skin. Packaged well. Strong Leak proof packaging.

I give my dogs a lot of supplements. You can't really tell if some help or hinder. This is one that seems to be a huge benefit. My Cavalier has a problem where the nerves are failing the back legs. This stuff is very beneficial. I have slowly upped the dosage to double the recommenced amount. The benefits are surprising and she is actually. getting stronger and more energetic. Her rapid decline has regressed and the decline has halted. Sounds awkward but both are important and true. I love my dog and my wife adores her. She is also exceptionally important to our new puppy. The puppy may be infusing a lot of life into th old gal but the Seameal is clearly helping too. I might add that the Dental Powder is a ground up like pepper sized thing. Yu just dump it into th bowl with a little scoop. The dogs lick up evey bit of it. They love it. The jar goes a long way. Is it worth using... I am convinced. I met the old lady, out in El Cajon Calif years ago, who invented this stuff. I think she eats it too. lol

The powder arrived quickly. I’m adding it to my homemade dog food to make it nutritionally complete.

Seems to work dogs teeth are whiter and the tartar is mostly gone

I serve it hidden under their favorite wet food. Small scoop for my 12 yr old cat and 8 yr old cat. I only serve tablespoon wet food for each cat 2-3 times day. (Otherwise they waste expensive wet food)My biggest happiness is no throw ups. I get extra juicy wet cat food and hide solidgold powder underneath and stir very slightly so it doesn’t clump and they don’t taste it. They don’t like flavor of supplement. So I never mix it all in or put on top. Instant reject if they detect it. No throw ups is biggest reason I add to wet food. Next is fur quality and body shape (my 12 yr old was getting too thin). It gives them vitality. Happy zoomies.

I'm not sure this ever really worked? I've been using for months now with both my German shepherd dog and our cats, but everyone still sheds and itches? Also, my senior cat started getting horrible gingivitis and stinky breath all of a sudden?Sorry guys, but going to switch to something else?They do seem to like the flavor and eat it mixed in with their kibble and bowel movement appear normal, so 3 stars for that.

Has helped both of my dogs with itching and scratching. Took a break from it to try something different but went back to it as it helped more than other products used. Did it eliminate the scratching, no, but did noticeably reduce it in both dogs.
